Ramon Dailey started Dailey Computer Consulting in 2005. He kept seeing people in Port Townsend getting overcharged for basic tech support, or not being able to find help at all because the big companies don't bother with small towns.
Twenty years later, not much has changed about why we do this. You deserve computer people who actually pick up the phone, explain things in plain English, and charge a fair price. People who remember your name and what's on your network.
Kyle England handles the repair side of the business. He's worked with hundreds of homes and businesses across Jefferson and Clallam Counties. Doesn't matter if it's a virus on a retired teacher's laptop or a business server that won't boot. Every job gets the same attention.
